Do you have to cry sometimes with out a specific reason.. it is really hurts and you can not tell anybody about it because you don't know what to say "you just want to cry". In that moment you hate life and remember all the worst things forgotten the good one . It is very hard to talk and to write because you are crying .. you really like to scream with a loud voice, you just want to talk but you cant even with someone closer to you, maybe because you didn't know what to tell..?! it is too much pain and
you should hold yourself but you can't..


In a simple way.. YOU JUST WANT TO CRY

, I do get this feeling of i just want to cry, as soon as my mother sees my face she quickly asks " what's wrong" and it's true i dont have an answer, and i wonder what does it mean, if it's depression, how come it happens only one day, when depression takes longer than that to recover.
