Won't you agree that Reluctant would be used in cases of hesitation instead of being used in cases of definitive opinions
for example : My wife wants a new car but I'm reluctant yo buy one since our car is just fine
what do you think dear ? or should I just go back to my section

You wouldn't no how annoyed I am since I no longer have as many chances to practice English as I used to a year ago
